According to the national law and regulations information base of the country, Ali Akbar Shadmani, Director General of the Office of Export and Import Regulations of the Trade Development Organization of Iran, announced in a circular that the export of kiwifruit is allowed from October 1 until the end of this year. 
This circular states: 
Circular No. 774401/1397/219 dated 1/07/1397 and 953429/1401/195 dated 04/07/1401 regarding the seasonal ban on kiwi export, attached to the image of letter No. 1106607 dated 07/07/1402 of the Office of Export and Import Regulations of the Development Organization Iran Trade, sends and announces: According to the statement in the mentioned letter, the export of kiwi fruit with the tariff of 08105000 is allowed from the first of October of this year. 
Therefore, it is appropriate to take the necessary measures and inform all subordinate executive units and customs and monitor the proper implementation.
